Brighton Canoes hold a huge stock of kayaks, canoes, sit-on-tops & equipment. The majority of products listed on our website are held in stock at Brighton Canoes or our warehouse. We recommend to those planning on collecting orders to call ahead to confirm collection before travelling. Some special order items such as composite Sea Kayaks may have longer lead times. If you have ordered an item that is temporarily out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible and will not process your order until we have taken your instructions.
For the majority of regions we endeavour to supply goods ordered within 2-5 working days. We use a 24-48 hours service for the majority of smaller packages and a 3-5 day delivery service for large items such as Kayaks & Canoes. While we make every effort to deliver goods within these estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Deliveries for offshore or international orders may take much longer we recommend calling us to confirm delivery timescales.
Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability. In unlikely event of any delay in supplying you order we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible. In the case of a significant delay you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order.
Your purchase will leave us is good condition and is insured whilst in transit to you. A condition of insurance is that you or your representative inspects your purchase before signing the carrier’s delivery note. Damage in transit is rare as all items are despatched in suitable protective packaging. In the unlikely event your goods have been damaged in transit, sign "received damaged". If you are ever unhappy to accept an item in it delivered condition please refuse the delivery and we will despatch a replacement as soon as possible.
