The following information applies to the UK mainland but excluded off islands and some parts of Scotland.
Stock levels.
The product offered for sale on our web site can usually be supplied without delay from stock held at Brighton Canoes, its sister companies or our suppliers, this does not include composite sea kayaks or special orders.
If you have ordered an item that is temporarily out of stock we will advise you without delay and will not process your order until we have taken your instructions.
Small Items.
Small items are despatched by either carrier or Royal Mail. In both instances we select a service where a receipt signature is required. Please bear this in mind when ordering, contact us by telephone or email where more specific delivery instruction apply. If it helps delivery can be made to your work address.
Canoes, Kayaks and Larger Items.
All larger items are despatched by carrier on a three day service, you will be advised the day your purchase is despatched. Goods despatched on a Friday will normally be delivered on the following Monday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but they are more expensive and have proved to be less reliable than weekday services. You will need to inspect your purchase on receipt and sign the delivery driver's manifest accordingly. If special deliveries are required we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements within the limits of the system. If it helps delivery can be made to your work address.
The Sloppy Shoulder Bit.
To ere is human and we are all subject to the vagaries of supply and transport.
Having said that we promise to try and provide the best service possible. If things go pear shaped we will do our best to put them right speedily and efficiently. We value your custom, without it we will be looking for another job.
