The Palm Mistral cag has been designed by Palm to bridge the gap between whitewater and touring cags. The majority of lightweight touring cags on the market lack latex seals on the wrist and without such seals water can more easily run down the sleeves. The Mistral cag now fills this gap in the market benefiting from a lightweight construction that does includes latex wrist seals in addition to a twin waist seal and adjustable collar that opens wide for ventilation. The mistral is a cag designed for general boating, canoeing and light touring.
