Elie Strait 140 & 140 XE

The Elie Strait is a touring kayak which offers a bit more manoeuvrability, an ideal kayak for day touring on canals, rivers, lakes and coastal waters.  The Elie Strait 140 is light to paddle and light to lift, it slips through the water effortlessly. Due to its length it tracks very well and is perfect for longer expeditions and tours. It has a padded backrest and foot pads, as well as padded thigh braces for a more comfortable ride.

 

The Strait 140 also comes in a XE spec with the Elie Fluid Steering System rudder for better control over turns and aiding manoeuvrability.

 

The Elie Strait also comes in a smaller version in the form of Elie Strait 120. The Elie Strait 120 is the best suited to smaller paddlers or those looking to do more lightrecreational kayaking in sheltered waters.
