Malibu Kayaks Extreme is a top flight angling kayak at15' long with a beam of 31" it delivers good forward speed with stability. The Extreme is a low profile fast angling and touring kayak, a rare combination indeed. The best performance will be obtained by those who have done a bit of paddling. The lower profile offers less windage and a slower drift compared to say the X Factor or P13A. Less windage is good but can result in a wetter ride in the chop. There are three seat styles to choose from, the Baja seat is good, the Spider seat is better and the Apex 1 is superb.
