Vela by P&H The P and H Vela is designed for the smaller paddler who finds the majority of sea kayaks on the large side. The Vela hull is hard chined and convex to offer the maximum amount of stability for a kayak of this beam. The P & H Touring Vela is shorter and lighter making it more manageable on and off the water. The Vela has a gentle flare to prevent the kayak diving and helping the paddler to stay a little drier.
