Thwart Fitting Kit provides the hardware required to securely install a wooden thwart into the gunwales of a composite open canoe. Ideal when fitting a replacement thwart, adding an additional thwart, or refreshing the hardware on an existing canoe, the kit provides the essential fixings needed to create a secure and durable connection between the thwart and gunwales.

Designed for straightforward canoe outfitting, the kit uses stainless steel bolts and associated hardware to provide a strong, corrosion-resistant fixing suitable for regular use around water. The hardware passes through the thwart and gunwales, with washers distributing the load and helping protect the surrounding materials. 

This Canoe Thwart Fitting Kit consists of 2 x 70mm Stainless Bolts, 2 x Nuts, 2 x Washers & 2 x Plastic Domed Gunwale Finishing Washers.
