The Palm Kola Angler is a feature packed PFD for those kayakers who prefer seats with more back support such as those found on fishing kayaks, Sit on Tops and some touring kayaks like the Perception Expression DLX. The back section is split with the Gaia foam area across the shoulders whilst the part in contact with the seat back is thin comfortable mesh.

The front of the PFD has two large clamshell pockets with several internal dividers which allow a rich assortment of gear to be stowed with plenty of room for phones, VHF and tackle. There is also a specific forceps pouch as well as plenty of clip points, including loops for Guardian nav lights and even a loop for hanging the PFD up to dry at the end of the session.

The shell is made from quick drying ripstop nylon and the zips are saltwater resistant durable plastic. Reflective SOLAS patches are sewn into the shoulders and back for added safety.
