A triple layer material with reinforced elbows makes this paddle top the true champion of the harsh water environment. Featuring a latex & neoprene seals in the neck and wrists and a twin seal waist band make the Palm Atom cag a very dry place to be. Prepare to be re-named the human penguin when you hit the water in this bad boy.
